At Unsetled, our purpose is to guide individuals on a transformative journey toward growth, meaning, and adventure. We're driven by the desire to inspire, explore, and build meaningful connections. Living and exploring as a diverse crew on a sailboat is one of the most inspiring ways we can think of to fulfill our mission. Sailing is also a powerful metaphor for living your true north and embracing the unpredictable nature of life as a process.

How we sail at Unsettled...

We believe that the best experiences are not passively consumed, but actively co-created. Unsettled sailing experiences are not “guided” in the traditional sense, but facilitated in a way that leaves us open to new perspectives, ideas, and possibilities in our life and work.

Make no mistake, you are a crew on a sailing adventure. Each crew member fully steps into the role of co-creator, sailor, chef, party host, and inspiring human.

You must be willing to embrace the unpredictable nature of a multi-day sailing trip. You must let go of the idea that we have control. If and when you do, you'll see the magic that unfolds on these trips.

There are no age limits. No job requirements. No resumes. As long as you’re not an asshole, you’ll fit right in.
